Job Title: Hospitality Manager

About the Role
- We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Hospitality Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our hospitality and short-let apartment portfolio.
- The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience managing hotels, serviced apartments, or short-let properties, with a strong focus on operational efficiency and guest satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of apartments and hospitality facilities
- Manage housekeeping staff, artisans, and service providers
- Ensure facilities are well-maintained and fully operational at all times
- Handle client/guest interactions and ensure excellent customer experience
- Coordinate bookings, scheduling, and internal operations
- Supervise inventory, supplies, and maintenance schedules
- Maintain accurate records, reporting, and basic bookkeeping
- Support event planning and execution where required.
Requirements
- Proven experience in facility management, hotels, or short-let apartments (MANDATORY)
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and manage operations efficiently
- Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Basic financial and record-keeping knowledge.

Work Structure:
- Monday – Friday (Onsite)
- Saturdays (Offsite/Remote).
Salary
N150,000 - N180,000 monthly.
