Job Summary
- We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented office cleaner/assistant to take care of our facilities and carry out cleaning and maintenance duties.
- The ideal candidate will be organized, communicative and able to support daily administrative operations.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Dusting, sweeping, vacuuming and mopping surfaces in their work area including working areas, Toilets, kitchens and supply closets
- Refilling and restocking cleaning supplies and toiletries (hand wash, toilet paper, paper towels)
- Washing kitchen napkins, floor rags and dusters.
- Perform and document routine inspection and maintenance activities
- Maintain office supplies and place restock orders as needed
- Greet and assist visitors, clients, and vendors in some cases.
- Answering phone calls in some cases
- Support other departments with administrative tasks as required
Qualification and skills
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1–2 years of cleaning experience
- Working knowledge of English language
- Excellent organization and housekeeping skills
- Working knowledge of health and safety standards in their industry
- Ability to work well under pressure
- must be between age 25-35 years.
Salary
N70,000 - N80,000 per month
