Job Title: Fraud Analyst

Location: Lagos

Role Description

• This is a full-time, on-site role for a Fraud Analyst, based in Lagos.
• The Fraud Analyst will be responsible for monitoring financial transactions to detect and mitigate fraud, analyzing data to identify suspicious patterns, investigating chargeback claims, and implementing fraud prevention strategies.
• The role involves producing accurate fraud reports, collaborating with other teams to improve fraud detection systems, and communicating findings with relevant stakeholders to ensure financial integrity.

Qualification

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
• Expertise in Fraud Prevention, Fraud Analysis, and managing Chargebacks
• Strong Analytical Skills for identifying patterns and anomalies in financial data
• Excellent Communication skills to collaborate with teams and present findings
• Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
• Experience in banking or financial services is a plus
• Proficiency with fraud management tools and data analysis software is an advantage.
