We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Mixologist

Location: Ibadan - Akala, Oyo
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

• We need a mixologist who would be responsible for creating, preparing, and serving non-alcoholic beverages, with a focus on creating unique and high-quality cocktails.

Key Responsibilities

• Combine ingredients to present new cocktail recipes
• Design and update cocktail menus
• Create signature drinks and seasonal specials
• Experiment with new ingredients, flavors, and techniques
• Prepare and serve cocktails and other beverages
• Ensure consistency in taste, quality, and presentation
• Recommend drinks based on customer preferences
• Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Set up and maintain the bar area before, during, and after service
• Monitor stock levels and assist with ordering supplies

Qualification

• OND, HND / BSc in any discipline
• 1-3 years of experience as a mixologist.

Salary
N80,000 - N100,000 monthly.
