Job Title: Sales Team Lead

Summary
- As a Team Lead, you will be responsible for driving sales, managing a team of marketers/realtors, and ensuring consistent revenue growth.
Key Responsibilties
- Lead, supervise, and motivate a team of sales executives/realtors
- Drive property sales and client acquisition
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies
- Monitor team performance and ensure targets are met
- Train and mentor new and existing team members
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Organize site inspections and client presentations
- Ensure proper documentation and follow-up on all deals.
Requirements
- Proven experience in real estate, sales, or marketing (Team lead experience is a plus)
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to close deals and meet targets consistently
- Result-oriented mindset with high level of discipline
- Good knowledge of property sales is an advantage
- Must be self-driven, ambitious, and proactive.
