Job Summary

  • We are seeking driven, results-oriented B2B Sales Executives to join our growing textile company.
  • You will be responsible for selling high-quality textiles in bulk to large corporates and government contractors.
  • The role focuses on winning and growing strategic accounts through proactive lead generation, tender responses, relationship building, and consultative selling. This is a high-impact hunter role with significant earning potential for top performers who can consistently close large-volume deals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, qualify, and develop new business opportunities with large corporates and government contractors across target sectors.
  • Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting, needs analysis, proposal development, negotiation, contract closing, and post-sale account management.
  • Build and maintain strong C-level and procurement relationships with key decision-makers in target organizations.
  • Conduct market research to identify new opportunities, competitor activity, and
  • Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets and revenue KPIs.
  • Collaborate closely with production, quality control, and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery and high customer satisfaction.
  • Provide regular sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and market intelligence to management.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

  • Revenue generated from new and existing accounts.
  • Number of new corporate and government contracts secured per quarter.
  • Average deal size and win rate.
  • Customer retention and repeat business growth.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Textiles, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
  • Minimum 4–7 years of proven B2B sales experience
  • Demonstrated success selling in bulk volumes to corporates and/or government institutions is highly preferred.
  • Deep understanding of B2B sales cycles, especially in regulated or institutional environments.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong hunter mentality with proven ability to open doors and close complex, high-value deals.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.

Salary
N400, 000 - N550,000 per month + attractive commission structure + performance bonuses.
