Job Title: Inventory Officer

Location: Victoria Island, Lagos

Job Description

• Stock Control: Monitor inventory levels, analyze stock turnover, and prevent stockouts or excessive inventory.
• Receiving/Dispatching: Inspect incoming shipments for quality and quantity, ensuring accurate data entry against purchase orders.
• Data Management: Update inventory databases, spreadsheets, or Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) with real-time stock movements.
• Auditing: Conduct regular physical stock counts and reconcile them with system records.
• Reporting: Prepare reports on stock levels, consumption, aging analysis, and discrepancies for management.
• Organization: Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse or storage environment.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree with 5-7 years experience.
• Attention to Detail: High accuracy in counting, labeling, and data entry.
• Technical Proficiency: Knowledge of Excel and inventory management systems/ERP software.
• Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze stock trends and optimize inventory levels.
• Physical Stamina: Ability to lift, stand, and move materials for long periods.
• Organization/Logistics: Strong knowledge of storage procedures and logistics.

Salary
N300,000 - N350,000 / Month.
