Job Title: Graduate Trainee - Finance

Description
- Our Graduate Trainee Program offers structured learning, hands-on experience, and exposure to real business operations within the QSR (Quick Service Restaurant) industry.
- Successful candidates will be trained in their areas of interest, with opportunities to grow across relevant functions based on performance and business needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Support day-to-day operations within assigned departments
- Participate in training sessions and on-the-job learning
- Assist with assigned projects and tasks
- Maintain accurate records and reports as required
- Comply with company policies and operational standards.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Food Science, or related field
- 0–2 years work experience (NYSC completed or currently serving)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel is key)
- Interest in the QSR/Food industry.
