Casa 45 is an Afro luxury lounge and Restaurant situated at 35, Adeola Odeku Street, Victoria Island, Lagos.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Store Officer

Location: Victoria Island, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Inventory Management: Responsible for accurately tracking stock levels, performing regular physical inventory audits to reconcile discrepancies, and monitoring PAR levels for replenishment to ensure availability of materials.
• Receipt and Inspection: Verifying incoming goods against purchase orders, delivery notes, and quality standards to ensure accuracy and condition upon arrival.
• Storage and Organization: Organizing, labeling, and storing inventory in a structured manner to optimize space and ensure easy retrieval.
• Issuing and Distribution: Processing store requisitions for issuing materials to different departments, ensuring all items are properly signed for and recorded.
• Documentation and Reporting: Maintaining up-to-date documentation on stock movements, including preparing bills and receipt notesand generating reports for management.
• Safety and Maintenance: Maintaining a safe, clean, and secure environment within the storage facility.
• Quality Control: Identifying, reporting, and managing damaged, defective, or expired goods.
