We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Customer Service Associate

Location: Lagos

Job Summary

• The Customer Service Associate will be responsible for attending to customers, ensuring a pleasant shopping experience, and supporting daily store operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and attend to customers in a courteous and professional manner
• Respond to customer inquiries and provide accurate product information
• Handle sales transactions and operate the POS system
• Maintain cleanliness and proper arrangement of the store
• Assist in stocking and inventory management
• Resolve customer complaints promptly and escalate when necessary
• Support other store activities as assigned

Requirements

• Minimum of OND qualification (in any field)
• At least 2 years’ experience in a Customer Service role (preferably in retail or a similar environment)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic numeracy and computer skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Good attitude, honesty, and attention to detail.
