Job Title: Mechanical MEP Engineer

Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

• Lead MEP design and coordination for complex projects.
• Develop and manage MEP design packages and documentation.
• Collaborate with architects, structural engineers, and contractors and other teams.
• Ensure compliance with Nigerian building codes and standards.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• Registered with the Council for Regulation of Engineeringin Nigeria (COREN), added advantage.
• Minimum of 5+ years experience in MEP design and project management.
• Relevant experience in complex building projects.

Other Requirements:

• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Proficiency in MEP design software (e.g., AutoCAD MEP, Revit).
• Strong understanding of Nigerian building codes.
• Experience with construction project management.
