Job Title: Farm Manager
Location: Port Harcourt, Rivers

Key Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate, and supervise daily farm operations.
- Manage crop production and/or livestock activities.
- Develop and implement farm production schedules.
- Supervise and train farm workers and ensure effective task execution.
- Monitor crop health, soil conditions, and livestock welfare.
- Oversee the use and maintenance of farm equipment and facilities.
- Manage farm inputs such as seeds, fertilizers, feed, and pesticides.
- Track farm expenses, production output, and inventory.
- Ensure compliance with agricultural and environmental regulations.
- Implement modern farming techniques to improve productivity.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or HND in Agriculture, Agronomy, Animal Science, or related field.
- 3 - 5 years experience managing farm operations.
- Strong knowledge of crop production and/or livestock management.
- Ability to manage farm workers and coordinate farm activities.
- Good problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Knowledge of farm equipment and agricultural best practices.
- Strong organizational and record-keeping skills.
- Ability to work independently and in rural environments.
