We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Finance Executive
Location: Port Harcourt, Rivers
Employment Type: Full-time
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee all financial operations and accounting activities.
- Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Develop and manage company budgets and financial forecasts.
- Monitor cash flow, revenue, and project expenses.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and tax obligations.
- Supervise accounting staff and financial processes.
- Track property sales revenue and commission structures.
- Liaise with auditors, banks, and regulatory authorities including the Federal Inland Revenue Service.
- Provide financial insights to support strategic decision-making.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
- Professional certification (ICAN, ACCA, CFA) is an added advantage.
- 3-5 years of relevant finance/accounting experience.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting standards.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Tally).
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- High integrity and ability to maintain confidentiality.
