Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Job Summary
- The Cook prepares meals according to the hotel’s standards, ensuring quality, taste, and presentation.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook local and continental dishes
- Follow recipes and portion guidelines
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen
- Monitor food supplies and report shortages
- Ensure proper food storage
Requirements
- Must have two years experience as a cook or five years experience as a Kitchen Assistant
- Knowledge of different cuisines
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Must reside within Akute, Mile 12 and Iyana Ipaja axis.
