Job Title: Business Development Manager

Description

• We are looking for an experienced and driven Business Development Manager to lead growth initiatives for a leading HMO.
• The successful candidate will be responsible for expanding the client base, driving revenue, and building strategic partnerships across corporate and institutional markets.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within corporate, SME, and institutional sectors
• Develop and implement effective business development strategies to increase market share
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders
• Promote and sell HMO plans and healthcare solutions to prospective clients
• Prepare and deliver proposals, presentations, and bids to potential clients
• Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer needs
• Collaborate with internal teams to design customized healthcare packages
• Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve revenue targets
• Monitor sales pipeline and provide regular performance reports

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA is an added advantage)
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a management consulting firm (mandatory)
• Proven track record in business development, sales, or client acquisition
• Strong understanding of corporate business environments and healthcare/HMO services
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Ability to work independently and meet or exceed targets
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills
