Job Title: Physiotherapist

Location: Warri, Delta

Job Summary

  • We are seeking a highly motivated and licensed Physiotherapist to join our healthcare team.
  • The ideal candidate will be responsible for assessing patients’ physical conditions, developing individualized treatment plans, and delivering evidence-based therapy aimed at restoring movement, reducing pain, and improving overall physical function.
  • The role requires a patient-centered approach and the ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough assessments of patients’ physical conditions, mobility, and functional limitations
  • Develop and implement individualized physiotherapy treatment plans based on clinical findings
  • Administer therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, electrotherapy, and other treatment modalities
  • Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary to achieve optimal outcomes
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, reports, and documentation
  • Educate patients and caregivers on injury prevention, posture correction, and home exercise programs
  • Collaborate with doctors, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care
  • Ensure compliance with established clinical protocols, policies, and regulatory standards
  • Participate in continuous professional development and training programs

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Physiotherapy
  • Valid practicing license
  • 1–3years’ relevant clinical experience
  • Strong knowledge of physiotherapy techniques and rehabilitation practices
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and documentation skills
  • Ability to work independently and within a multidisciplinary team
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • High level of professionalism and ethical conduct
