Job Title: Business Development Executive

Job Summary
- They are seeking a results-driven B2B Business Development Executive to drive revenue growth by acquiring and managing key business clients, while expanding the company’s distribution network across supermarkets, pharmacies, wholesalers, and retail chains.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and onboard new B2B clients (distributors, supermarkets, pharmacies, retail outlets)
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet revenue targets
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Conduct market research and identify new business opportunities
- Negotiate and close deals with prospective partners
- Provide regular sales reports and pipeline updates
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- 2–5 years experience in B2B sales/business development
- Experience in FMCG or wellness industry is an advantage
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
- Target-driven with good knowledge of distribution channels.
