Job Title: Logistics and Dispatch Officer
Location: Surulere, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Working Hours: Mondays to Fridays 8am to 7pm & Saturdays, 8am to 4pm
Job Summary
- The Logistics & Dispatch Officer is responsible for coordinating and executing all delivery operations to ensure that customer orders are processed accurately, dispatched on time, and delivered within the promised timeframe.
- This role works closely with the Customer Service team, Butchery team, and Dispatch Riders to ensure a smooth and efficient delivery process, while maintaining a high standard of customer satisfaction.
Role Objective
- To ensure that every confirmed order is delivered accurately, on time, and without operational errors, while maintaining an efficient and scalable dispatch system.
General Responsibilities
- Take ownership of the end-to-end delivery process and be accountable for delivery outcomes daily
- Carry out other logistics and operations-related duties as assigned to support efficient order fulfillment
Requirements
- Minimum of OND / HND / BSc (relevant experience is an added advantage)
- 1–3 years experience in logistics, dispatch, or operations coordination
- Strong knowledge of Lagos road network and delivery routes
- Proven ability to coordinate and manage dispatch riders effectively
- Highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Compensation
- Salary Range: ₦150,000 gross
- Performance-based incentives tied to delivery efficiency and accuracy.
