Job Summary

• The Kitchen Supervisor oversees daily kitchen operations, ensuring food quality, hygiene standards, and efficient coordination of kitchen staff.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate kitchen staff activities
• Ensure meals are prepared according to standard recipes
• Maintain high standards of food hygiene and safety
• Monitor stock levels and manage inventory
• Reduce waste and control kitchen costs
• Train and guide kitchen staff when necessary

Requirements

• Must be a Graduate
• Must have two years experience as a Kitchen Supervisor or five years experience as a Cook or Chef.
• Proven experience in a similar role
• Strong leadership and organizational skills
• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices
• Ability to work under pressure
• Must reside within Akute - Iyana Ipaja and Its environs.
