Job Summary
- We are seeking an experienced Poultry Farm Manager to oversee farm operations in Gambari, Osun State.
- The role involves managing flock health, supervising staff, maintaining farm infrastructure, and ensuring productivity while following biosecurity and industry standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily farm operations, feeding, and harvesting cycles.
- Implement biosecurity and monitor bird health in coordination with veterinarians.
- Supervise and train farm workers, ensuring efficiency and safety.
- Manage inventory of feed, medicine, and farm supplies.
- Maintain equipment and facilities, ensuring cleanliness and compliance.
- Monitor production data and implement strategies to improve yield and profitability.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Animal Science, Agriculture, or related field (preferred).
- Proven experience in poultry or livestock management.
- Knowledge of poultry health, nutrition, and disease prevention.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and team management skills.
- Ability to work in a physically demanding rural environment.
