Job Summary
- We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Quality Control Supervisor to oversee the Mono Carton production section. The ideal candidate will ensure that all products meet quality standards, supervise quality control staff, and maintain compliance with company and industry regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and guide Quality Control Inspectors in the Mono Carton section.
- Monitor production processes to ensure products meet specifications and quality standards.
- Identify defects or deviations and implement corrective actions.
- Maintain accurate records of inspections, tests, and reports.
- Ensure adherence to safety and quality protocols.
- Train and support staff on quality control procedures.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Interested candidates should possess an HND / B.Sc Degree with inimum of 5 years experience as a Quality Control Inspector in Mono Carton production, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to lead a team effectively.
- Knowledge of quality control methods and regulatory requirements.
