Job Title: Relationship Manager

Reporting To: Head of Distribution
Job Objective
- Responsible for client acquisition, onboarding, relationship management, and AUM growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Acquire HNI and corporate clients
- Manage and grow client portfolios
- Drive AUM inflows and retention
- Provide regular portfolio updates
- Ensure smooth onboarding and documentation
KPIs
- AUM growth
- Client retention rate
- Revenue contribution
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field; additional qualification/ professional certification (MBA, M.Sc, ACIB, ACA, ACCA, CFA) is an advantage
- 3–7 years experience in banking or wealth management
- Strong client network
- Relevant degree (Finance, Economics, etc.).
