Reporting To: CEO/Managing Director
Job Objective
- Leads all client acquisition, partnerships, and revenue growth strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute distribution strategy
- Drive AUM growth across segments
- Build institutional and strategic partnerships
- Lead and mentor sales team
- Identify new growth channels
KPIs
- Total AUM raised
- Revenue growth
- Number of strategic partnerships
Requirements
- HND / Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field; additional qualification or professional qualification (MBA, MSC, ACIB, ACA, ACCA, CFA) is an advantage
- 8-15 years experience in banking/asset management
- Strong industry network
- Proven AUM growth track record
