Job Title: Corporate Finance Analyst

Reporting To: Senior Analyst / Head of Investment Banking
Job Objective
- To provide analytical, modelling, documentation, and execution support on transactions, while developing into a future Senior Analyst / Associate.
Key Responsibilities
Financial Modelling & Analysis:
- Build and maintain:
- Integrated financial models
- Project finance models
- Valuation models (DCF, comparables, precedent transactions)
- Perform sensitivity and scenario analysis.
Transaction Documentation:
- Draft sections of:
- Information Memoranda
- Prospectuses
- Pitch books
- Credit notes and investment memos
- Support due diligence exercises.
Market & Sector Research:
- Conduct industry, sector, and macroeconomic research.
- Prepare comparable company and transaction analyses.
- Monitor capital market trends (rates, investor appetite).
Deal Execution Support:
- Assist with:
- Data room management
- Investor Q&A responses
- Roadshow materials
- Regulatory filings and submissions
Internal Coordination:
- Liaise with legal advisers, auditors, and trustees.
- Maintain transaction trackers and documentation logs.
Experience & Profile
- 2–5 years’ experience in corporate finance, advisory, audit, or consulting.
- Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills.
- CFA Level I/II, ACA, or progress towards qualification preferred.
