Job Summary

• The Manager drives growth and revenue expansion by identifying opportunities, building partnerships, and implementing strategies to enhance hospital services and market presence.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify business opportunities (new services, partnerships, markets).
• Develop and execute business plans, including market analysis and financial projections.
• Build relationships with stakeholders (doctors, insurers, corporates).
• Collaborate with clinical teams to develop service lines and packages.
• Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and patient feedback.
• Support business planning, budgeting, and performance monitoring.
• Explore digital health opportunities and partnerships.

Requirements

• Bachelor's / Master's Degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in business development, sales, or marketing in healthcare.
• Strong understanding of healthcare systems, insurance, and regulations.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and networking skills.
• Analytical and strategic thinking skills.
