Job Title: Technical Sales Lead

Location: Ikoyi, Lagos

Job Summary

  • We are seeking an experienced Technical Sales Lead to drive business growth and expand our presence in the EPCIM, FMCG, and OEM markets.
  • The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent sales acumen, and a proven track record of selling complex products and solutions across diverse industries.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the sales team in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in EPCIM, FMCG, and OEM sectors
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and market penetration
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, influencers, and partners
  • Collaborate with product development teams to understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions
  • Identify and capitalize on cross-selling and upselling opportunities
  • Provide technical sales support and training to customers and internal teams
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science, or a related field
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in technical sales, with a focus on EPCIM, FMCG, and/or OEM industries
  • Proven track record of sales success, with a strong understanding of complex products and solutions
  • Strong technical knowledge and the ability to communicate complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Experience in sales management and leadership
  • Willingness to travel extensively.
