Job Title: Quality Control Officer

Job Summary

• We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Quality Control Officer to ensure that all products across our business units—automotive, interior design, ceramics, and industrial manufacturing—meet established quality standards and regulatory requirements.
• The ideal candidate will be responsible for inspecting processes, identifying defects, and implementing quality improvement initiatives to enhance overall operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct regular inspections and quality assessments of raw materials, in-process production, and finished goods.
• Develop and implement quality control procedures and standards across all business units.
• Monitor production processes to ensure compliance with company and industry standards.
• Identify defects or non-conformities and recommend corrective and preventive actions.
• Prepare detailed quality reports and maintain accurate documentation of inspections and tests.
• Collaborate with production, design, and engineering teams to resolve quality issues.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and reduce waste.
• Conduct internal audits and assist in external quality audits when required.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Industrial Technology, Quality Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3–5 years’ experience in a quality control role, preferably within manufacturing or related industries.
• Strong knowledge of quality control standards and methodologies.
• Experience working across multiple sectors (automotive, ceramics, or manufacturing) is an added advantage.
• Proficiency in quality inspection tools and techniques.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Good communication and reporting skills.
