We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Account Officer

Location: Warri, Delta
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

  • We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Account Officer to join our team in Warri.
  • The ideal candidate will support the finance function by ensuring accurate financial records, compliance with policies, and timely reporting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate financial records and documentation
  • Process invoices, payments, and receipts
  • Prepare financial reports and reconciliations
  • Monitor budgets and expenditures
  • Support audits and ensure compliance with financial regulations
  • Assist with payroll processing and statutory remittances

Requirements

  • Minimum of an HND or B.Sc. in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
  • 2–4 years of relevant work experience
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Good communication and organizational skills
  • Reside in Warri, Delta State or its environs.
