Job Overview

• We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Research and Development Manager to lead our R&D initiatives.
• In this role, you will be responsible for developing new product formulations, conducting in-depth research, leading cross-functional teams, managing R&D projects, and driving innovation within our organization.
• You will collaborate with other departments to enhance product quality and ensure we meet evolving market demands.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage R&D projects from conception to completion.
• Develop new product formulations and enhance existing products.
• Guide and mentor cross-functional teams to achieve project goals.
• Implement innovative solutions to improve product development and processes.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure product quality and compliance with industry standards.
• Continuously explore market trends to inform R&D strategies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Food Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s degree is an advantage).
• Prior experience in the food and beverage sector or a similar industry is highly desirable.
• Strong team management and leadership skills.
• Proven experience in project management, particularly in the food and beverage industry.
• Ability to conceptualize and implement innovative solutions.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Commitment to quality, process improvement, and innovation.
