Job Summary
- We are seeking an experienced Human Resource Manager to oversee all HR functions within our organization. The ideal candidate must have prior experience in a sales-driven or pharmaceutical company and be capable of managing workforce operations in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes
- Manage employee relations, disciplinary procedures, and conflict resolution
- Implement and monitor performance management systems (especially for sales teams)
- Coordinate staff training and development programs
- Manage compensation, payroll inputs, and sales incentive structures
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
- Maintain HR records and provide management reports
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years proven HR experience
- Mandatory experience in a Sales company or Pharmaceutical industry
- CIPM Certified
- Strong knowledge of Nigerian labor laws and HR best practices
- Experience managing field/territory staff is an advantage
- Leadership and people management
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- High level of professionalism and confidentiality

- Ability to thrive in a target-driven environment.
Salary
N350,000 - N400,000 per month.
