Job Summary

• The ICT Officer supports hospital systems, infrastructure, and devices, ensuring reliable and secure IT services for clinical and administrative operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain hospital IT infrastructure (networks, servers, endpoints).
• Support electronic health records (EHR), PACS, and clinical systems.
• Troubleshoot hardware/software issues and provide technical support.
• Implement IT security measures and data protection protocols.
• Assist in IT projects, upgrades, and system implementations.
• Provide training and support to staff on IT systems.
• Monitor system performance, backup, and disaster recovery.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
• 3-4 years of experience in healthcare IT support.
• Knowledge of hospital systems (EHR, PACS, RIS).
• Familiarity with IT security and data protection standards.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
