Job Title: Sales Executive

Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

  • Codartech Africa Limited is seeking result-driven and energetic Sales Executives to join our growing team.
  • The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, closing sales, and driving revenue growth by promoting our tech training programs and services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and generate new sales leads through calls, social media, referrals, and field marketing.
  • Present and promote Codartech’s products and services to prospective clients.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
  • Follow up on leads and inquiries to convert them into paying clients.
  • Meet and exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.
  • Provide feedback on customer needs and market trends.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and operations team to improve conversion rates.

Requirements

  • Minimum of OND / HND / B.Sc in any discipline.
  • 0–3 years experience in sales, marketing, or customer service (freshers can apply).
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Confidence in speaking with prospects and closing deals.
  • Goal-oriented and self-motivated.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in telesales or tech-related sales.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and sales tracking.
  • Digital marketing or social selling knowledge is an added advantage.
