Job Summary

• We are looking for a talented and passionate Chef to join our team.
• The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing high-quality meals, managing kitchen operations, and ensuring excellent food presentation and hygiene standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to menu specifications
• Develop new recipes and menu items
• Ensure consistent food quality and presentation
• Supervise kitchen staff and coordinate activities
• Maintain cleanliness and comply with food safety regulations
• Monitor inventory and order kitchen supplies
• Minimize waste and control food costs

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Chef or Cook
• Culinary certification is an advantage
• Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Good leadership and communication skills
• Knowledge of hygiene and food safety standards.
