Job Title: Maintenance Officer

Location: Gwarinpa, Abuja (FCT) 
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

• We are seeking a skilled and proactive Maintenance Officer to oversee the upkeep and repair of our facilities.
• The ideal candidate will ensure all equipment and systems operate efficiently and safely.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform routine inspections of facilities and equipment
• Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance
• Troubleshoot electrical, plumbing, and mechanical issues
• Coordinate repairs with external vendors when necessary
• Maintain maintenance records and reports
• Ensure compliance with safety standards

Requirements

• OND / HND or equivalent in Engineering or related field
• Proven experience in facility maintenance
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Basic knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems
• Ability to work independently.
