Job Summary
- The Administrative Officer is responsible for overseeing and implementing administrative procedures, supporting daily office operations, and ensuring organizational efficiency.
- This role involves coordinating office activities, managing records, and providing support to staff and management.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate daily office operations
- Maintain and organize company records, documents, and filing systems
- Handle correspondence, emails, and phone calls
- Schedule meetings, appointments, and maintain calendars
- Prepare reports, presentations, and official documents
- Monitor office supplies and place orders when necessary
- Assist in budgeting and expense tracking
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Support HR functions such as onboarding and staff records
- Coordinate travel arrangements and logistics
- Supervise junior administrative staff.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
- Proven experience in an administrative role
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- High level of attention to detail and problem-solving skills

Salary
N130,000 per month.
