Job Summary

• Thelive-in property manager is responsible for overseeing and maintaining the residential property while residing on-site. This role combines property maintenance & cleaning supervision duties.

Core Responsibilities
Property Oversight:

• Ensure the building and grounds are clean, safe, and well-maintained
• Conduct regular inspections of units and common areas
• Monitor utilities, security systems, and general operations
• Perform minor repairs (plumbing, electrical, fixtures)
• Schedule and supervise artisans for minor repairs
• Ensure preventive maintenance is carried out regularly.
• Ensure report of everything findings or situation within and around the property.

 Requirements

• The manager lives in a unit within the property.
• Must be available for emergencies, and rapid response to situation within the property.
• Expected to maintain a visible presence on-site.

Salary
N200,000 - N250,000 per month.
