We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Real Estate Marketer

Location: Wuse 2, Abuja (FCT)
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

• Promote and market the company’s real estate properties to prospective buyers and investors.
• Identify and generate leads through various channels including referrals, social media, events, and direct marketing.
• Conduct property presentations, inspections, and client meetings.
• Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase property visibility and sales.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, investors, and partners.
• Follow up on leads and ensure timely conversion to sales.
• Meet and exceed assigned sales and revenue targets.
• Provide clients with accurate information on property details, pricing, and payment plans.
• Prepare and submit regular sales and marketing reports.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
• Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, operations, and customer service) to enhance client experience.
• Maintain proper documentation of client interactions and transactions.
• Perform any other duties as assigned by management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2–4 years experience in real estate marketing or sales.
• Proven ability to generate leads and close deals.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Good knowledge of the real estate market.
• Proficiency in digital marketing and social media platforms is an advantage.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and result-oriented.
