Job Title: Rider
Location: Ajah (Badore), Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Job Summary
- The Bike Rider is responsible for the timely and safe delivery of customer orders within Lagos Island and nearby areas.
- The role requires good knowledge of Lagos routes, professionalism, and strict compliance with traffic and safety regulations to ensure efficient service delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver customer orders promptly within Lagos Island and surrounding areas
- Ensure proper handling of food items to maintain quality and hygiene
- Confirm delivery details before dispatch
- Collect payments where required and remit accurately
- Keep proper records of deliveries and transactions
- Support inter-outlet errands when necessary
- Carry out daily checks on the assigned motorcycle
- Report faults, damages, or incidents immediately
- Comply with all Lagos traffic laws and safety regulations
- Maintain a clean and professional appearance at all times.
Requirements
- Minimum of SSCE qualification
- Valid rider’s permit and LASDRI card (Lagos State requirement)
- Proven experience as a dispatch rider is an added advantage
- Strong knowledge of Lagos Island routes and traffic patterns
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Physically fit, reliable, and punctual.
