We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Head of Digital Sales and Marketing

Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

About the Role

• We're looking for a strategic leader to drive digital sales growth and build a scalable sales system.
• You'll lead a team, develop high-conversion strategies, and optimize sales funnels.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the digital sales and marketing team
• Develop and execute high-conversion digital marketing strategies
• Oversee lead generation, paid ads, and organic campaigns
• Structure and optimize the telemarketing and sales pipeline
• Drive student acquisition and revenue growth
• Analyze performance metrics and improve conversion rates
• Train and manage sales reps and marketers
• Implement systems for lead tracking and closing optimization

Top Priorities (First 3-6 Months):

•  Build a structured and scalable sales system
• Improve lead-to-conversion rate
• Establish a high-performing telemarketing team
• Launch and optimize paid advertising campaigns
• Increase monthly student enrollment and revenue.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
• 3-5 years Digital Sales & Marketing experience (Team Lead/Manager)
• Deep understanding of digital marketing channels (Meta Ads, Google Ads, email marketing, CRM systems)
• Strong sales funnel creation and optimization skills
• Ability to build, manage, and scale a sales team
• Data-driven decision-making (analytics, KPIs, ROI tracking)
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Proficient in CRM tools, Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and digital marketing tools
• Certifications (Preferred): Digital Marketing Certifications (Google, Meta, HubSpot, etc.)
• Results-driven, strategic thinker, and strong leader.

Salary & Benefits

• N300,000 monthly
