Job Summary
- FMR Agency is recruiting a Group Head of Human Resources to lead people strategy across a multi-country energy and infrastructure group headquartered in Lagos.
- The successful candidate will oversee talent acquisition, HR operations, organizational design, and workforce planning across multiple jurisdictions.
- This role requires a strategic HR leader with experience in complex, project-driven organizations and the ability to build scalable HR frameworks across regions.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Senior HR leadership experience across multiple countries
- Experience in energy, infrastructure, construction, or investment banking preferred
- Strong experience in HR strategy and organizational design
- Experience managing HR across African and international markets
- Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
- Relevant HR professional certifications preferred
- Willingness to travel across operating locations.
