Job Summary

• We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and results-driven Practice Manager to oversee the daily operations of our clinic.
• The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth administrative and clinical coordination, driving operational efficiency, and maintaining exceptional service standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the clinic to ensure efficiency and effectiveness
• Supervise administrative and clinical support staff, ensuring optimal performance
• Manage patient flow, appointments, and service delivery to enhance patient experience
• Monitor and manage clinic budgets, expenses, and revenue performance
• Implement and enforce operational policies, procedures, and quality standards
• Coordinate staff scheduling, training, and performance management
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and internal policies
• Handle patient feedback, complaints, and service recovery professionally
• Collaborate with senior management on strategic and operational improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Healthcare Management, Business Administration, or related fields
• 3 - 5 years’ experience in a similar managerial role (healthcare experience preferred)
• Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Financial and operational management competence
• High level of professionalism and attention to detail.
