Job Title: Cook (Live-In)

Location: Ikoyi, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

• We are looking for a skilled and dependable Live-in Cook to prepare daily meals and manage all kitchen and household-related activities.
• The ideal candidate must be experienced in preparing a variety of local and continental dishes while maintaining high standards of cleanliness and food safety.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and prepare daily meals (local and continental dishes as required)
• Create weekly meal plans based on household preferences
• Maintain high standards of hygiene and food safety in the kitchen
• Manage kitchen inventory (food items, groceries, and supplies)
• Monitor food stock levels and prepare shopping lists
• Ensure proper storage and handling of food items
• Cater for guests and small events when required
• Keep the kitchen clean, organized, and well-maintained
• Supervise other domestic staff (cleaners, nanny)
• Ensure cleanliness and organization of the entire home
• Oversee laundry and wardrobe organization
• Manage household supplies and ensure timely restocking

Requirements

• Proven experience as a cook in a private home or similar setting
• Ability to prepare a wide range of local and continental dishes
• Good knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices
• Strong organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and efficiently
• Trustworthy, neat, and detail-oriented
• Willingness to live on-site

Salary
N150,000 - N190,000 monthly.
