Job Summary
- Tranter Global is looking for a results-driven Digital Performance Marketer to lead and scale paid media campaigns targeting the US market.
- This role is for someone who understands how to drive qualified leads, optimize campaigns, and deliver measurable ROI across Google and Meta platforms.
What You’ll Do:
- Plan, launch, and manage Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns
- Drive lead generation, conversions, and campaign performance
- Own the full funnel from strategy to execution and optimization
- Monitor performance metrics (CPL, ROAS, conversions) and improve results
- Collaborate with content and creative teams to deliver high-impact campaigns.
What We’re Looking For
- 3+ years’ experience in paid media (Google & Meta Ads)
- Proven experience running campaigns for the US market
- Strong understanding of conversion optimization and analytics tools (GA4, Tag Manager, etc.)
- Ability to manage budgets and deliver measurable results.
Bonus:
- Experience in B2B, SaaS, or tech marketing
- Google Ads / Meta certifications.
