Role Overview

• We are seeking a proactive and service-oriented Restaurant Supervisor to oversee daily restaurant operations and ensure excellent customer service.
• The ideal candidate will coordinate staff, maintain service standards, and ensure smooth front-of-house and back-of-house collaboration in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

Key Responsibilities
Operations Management:

• Supervise daily restaurant operations to ensure efficient service delivery
• Monitor opening and closing procedures in line with company standards
• Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and proper table setup at all times

Staff Supervision:

• Coordinate and supervise front-of-house staff, including waiters and hosts
• Prepare staff schedules and manage shift allocations
• Train and mentor staff to maintain high service standards

Customer Service:

• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally
• Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and repeat business
• Monitor service quality and address gaps promptly

Inventory & Cash Control:

• Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the kitchen for replenishment
• Oversee POS transactions and ensure accurate billing
• Assist in daily sales reconciliation and reporting

Qualification

• Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree.

Salary
N200,000 / Month.
