Requirements
- BSc & MSc Civil Engineering
- Must be COREN / NSE registered
- Minimum of 7 years of relevant industry experience and must have worked consistently for five years
- Good leadership and management skills
- Good personality: firm, assertive, upright and straight forward person
- Very good knowledge of the subject matter
- Demonstrable & verifiable experience managing multiple projects
- PMP certification is an added advantage.

- Solid leadership and commercial acumen
- Proficient in Project Management and relevant engineering design software.
- Good knowledge of design and construction management
- Excellent communication skills (speaking, listening, and writing)
- Excellent planning capabilities and highly organized
- Effective resource allocation.
- Requires careful attention to details
- Excellent interpersonal relationship, influencing, and persuasive skills
- Systemic thinking, numeric and analytical
- Proficient with MS Office applications – Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
- Resilient and comfortable working from any location such as construction sites and in the office.
Salary
N400,000 - N450,000 / Month.
