Job Title: Project Administrator

Location: Akwa Ibom

Job Description

  • The Project Administrator /DCC provides administrative, coordination, and documenation support to the project team to ensure the efficient planning, execution and completion of projects.
  • The role supports project Engineers and Managers by Managing documentation, coordinating project activities, tracking deliverables and ensuring compliance with company procedures and client requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Project Documentation and Record Managment
  • Project Planning, scheduling and coordination support
  • Project tracking and communication
  • Preparation of Project reports and status updates
  • Preparation and monitoring of project budgets.

Requirements, Qualifications and Skills

  • Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Engineering, Project Managment, Business Administration or related field.
  • Proficiency in the use of computers, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel).
  • Ability to analyze problems and strategize for better solutions.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.
  • Accurate and precise attention to detail.
