Job Title: Technical Site Supervisor- Paint and Coating

Location: Maitama, Abuja (FCT) 
Employment Type: Full-time

 Responsibilities 

• Assist the Senior Quantity surveyor in the preparation of bill of quantities, material schedule and interim valuation of work done on site.
• Preparation of detailed progress reports (daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly).
• Receiving of materials and taking material stock.
• Monitor the cost and use of company resources.
• Inspect and compute the value of completed work and projects.
• Carryout physical measurement for valuation of work done and Supervision of ongoing works.
• Take inventory of materials supplied and used on site
• Assistthe Senior Quantity surveyor to carry out tender analysis.
