Job Summary

  • We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Administrative Officer to support the day-to-day operations of the Foundation.
  • The ideal candidate will ensure efficient office management, provide administrative support to staff, and contribute to the smooth execution of programs and activities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage office operations, including filing systems, documentation, and correspondence.
  • Provide administrative support to management and program teams.
  • Coordinate meetings, schedules, and appointments.
  • Prepare reports as required.
  • Maintain accurate records of organizational activities and assets.
  • Handle office supplies.
  • Support program planning.
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies and administrative procedures.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, or a related field.
  • 2–3 years’ experience in an administrative role.
  • Experience working with an NGO will be considered an added advantage.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to multitask and work with minimal supervision.
  • High level of integrity, professionalism, and attention to detail.
