Description

• We are looking for a strategic and hands-on Marketing Lead to drive marketing initiativesacross multiple client accounts, with a primary focus on a fast-growing startupmicrofinance bank.
• Based within our agency, this role balances client leadership,campaign execution, and cross-account strategy, acting as a trusted marketing partnerto clients across different industries.
• You’ll lead marketing strategy and delivery for complex, high-impact accounts whilesupporting growth and innovation across the broader client portfolio.

Responsibilities

• Lead marketing strategy and execution across multiple client accounts
• Serve as the primary marketing lead for a startup microfinance bank client
• Develop and execute integrated marketing plans aligned with each client’sbusiness goals
• Ensure brand consistency, regulatory compliance (where applicable), andperformance excellence across campaigns
• Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel campaigns (digital, social, content, paidmedia, partnerships, activations)
• Collaborate closely with client stakeholders, agency leadership, and internalcreative, media, and strategy teams
• Analyze performance metrics and translate insights into actionablerecommendations
• Manage timelines, budgets, and deliverables across accounts
• Support pitches, proposals, and onboarding of new clients.

Requirements

• Interested candidates should possess an HND / Bachelor`s Degree
• 5+ years of marketing experience, ideally within an agency or client-facing environment
• Proven experience managing multiple accounts simultaneously
• Experience in financial services, fintech, banking, or other regulated industries
• Strong strategic thinking with hands-on execution capability
• Excellent stakeholder management and presentation skill.

Salary
N600,000 - N800,000 monthly.
