Job Description

• We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Project Architect (Graduate Intern) to join our Projects & Property Management team. This role provides an excellent opportunity for recent graduates to gain hands-on experience in architectural design, site execution, and project coordination within a structured and professional environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop detailed 2D and 3D architectural drawings and models using AutoCAD, Revit, and related design software
• Support on-site project supervision, ensuring all work aligns with approved designs and specifications
• Assist in preparing technical reports, project documentation, and presentations
• Contribute to material specification, quantity take-offs, and cost estimation
• Monitor project progress and provide timely updates to the project team

Requirements

• OND/HND/BSc/B.Tech in Architecture or a related discipline with 0–1 year experience (NYSC/Graduate Intern level)
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other relevant architectural software
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Resourceful, adaptable, and willing to learn.
